Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026 · Version 1.0

Pre-launch version. This Privacy Policy applies to the Acrely waitlist and will be updated before our full platform launches.

Acrely Inc. ("Acrely", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use acrely.ca, our mobile applications (which will be available to download at launch), and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Joining the Acrely waitlist

Acrely has not launched yet. When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you enter on the form: your first and last name, your email address, your province, how you heard about Acrely, and whether you're joining as a land user or a landowner. We also receive basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, when you visit.

We use this information to notify you when Acrely launches, to provide waitlist benefits such as founding member offers, and to understand interest in each side of the marketplace. We do not sell your information.

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the waitlist or launch. To access, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from emails, contact privacy@acrely.ca.

The rest of this Policy describes how we will handle information once the full platform launches, including accounts, bookings, payments and identity verification. Those features are not available yet.
